How are you different than other marketing companies?

How long does it take for you to complete each ticket?
Website tickets are responded to within 24 hours. If the ticket is simple, we'll address it within 24 hours. If it is more complicated, it could take longer. We'll let you know when we learn more in your ticket details. You can submit a ticket or email us directly. One thing is certain, we always deliver.
Do you build new websites?
We sure do! We love designing and building new websites. Let us know more details in our intro call so we can best serve you.
What if I don't like your design?
We want our customers to be happy. Before we build anything we will first send you a design or mockup. If you don't like the design, please give us feedback so we can make adjustments and deliver a product you truly love.
Which CMS platforms do you work with?
Currently, we work with websites running on Wordpress, Squarespace, WIX, and Weebly. Please note we are as flexible as the platform itself. If the platform does not allow for it, chances are we may not able to bring a certain specific idea to life. If you have a specific question please ask us.
