How long does it take for you to complete each ticket?
Website tickets are responded to within 24 hours. If the ticket is simple, we’ll address it within 24 hours. If it is more complicated, it could take longer. We’ll let you know when we learn more in your ticket details. You can submit a ticket or email us directly. One thing is certain, we always deliver.

What if I don't like your design?
We want our customers to be happy. Before we build anything we will first send you a design or mockup. If you don’t like the design, please give us feedback so we can make adjustments and deliver a product you truly love.
Which CMS platforms do you work with?
Currently, we work with websites running on WordPress, Squarespace, WIX, and Weebly. Please note we are as flexible as the platform itself. If the platform does not allow for it, chances are we may not able to bring a certain specific idea to life. If you have a specific question please ask us.

What if my website goes down?
The first thing we do before making any change is back up your full site. We also advise backing up your website prior to working with us (ask us if you need help). Nevertheless, websites can go down for any odd number of reasons. We’ll investigate the issue and resolve it immediately.
