Sitemap
A website sitemap is a list of pages on a website that are organized hierarchically, typically starting with the homepage and branching out to include all the pages on the website. The sitemap helps search engines and users to navigate a website and understand its structure.
There are two types of sitemaps:
XML sitemap
This is a file that provides search engines with a list of pages on a website, along with additional information such as the last time the page was updated, the priority of the page, and how frequently the page changes.
HTML sitemap
This is a page on a website that lists all the pages on the website, organized in a hierarchical or categorical manner.
